Measures taken
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, descriptive alternative text, responsive layouts, readable contrast, scalable text, form labels, error messages and reduced-motion support. Legal information is available on permanent, linkable pages that can be saved or printed.
Purchase journey
Basket controls, policy links and order information are designed for keyboard and screen-reader access. Payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout; fulfillment and tracking may open third-party services whose accessibility is managed by those providers.
Ongoing work
We review content and functionality when the site changes and aim to follow applicable European accessibility requirements and widely recognized WCAG practices. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing process rather than a one-time claim.
