Shipping Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026. We currently ship English-language printed books to supported addresses in Italy, Germany, France, Poland and Czechia. Standard shipping is free.
Fulfillment
After successful payment, the order and delivery details are transmitted to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, which selects available FBA inventory and a carrier. Annapurna S.r.l.s. remains responsible to the customer for performance of the sales contract.
Dispatch and delivery
Estimated information available for the order is shown at checkout or in order and tracking communications. Unless a different date is agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract formation.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is sent when made available by the fulfillment network or carrier. An order containing several books may arrive in more than one parcel without additional standard-shipping charges.
Address accuracy
The customer must provide a complete address in a supported country and review it before payment. Contact info@annapurnapublishing.site immediately after ordering if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged only where permitted and clearly communicated.
Delay or failed delivery
If delivery is delayed, contact us with the order number. Where the agreed or legal delivery period is not met, consumers may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and, when the legal conditions are met, terminate the contract and receive a refund. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact the customer to agree lawful redelivery or refund arrangements.
Risk and inspection
For consumers, risk passes when the customer or a nominated third party other than the carrier physically receives the goods. Check the parcel on arrival and report visible damage or missing items promptly; this request does not remove mandatory rights if a report is made later.
