Essential storage
joy_language stores the selected ENG/IT language; joy_cart stores the basket on the device; joy_cookie_choice records whether the visitor selected essential storage only or allowed analytics. These values remain in the browser and are not used to follow visitors across unrelated websites.
Purpose and legal basis
This storage is strictly necessary to remember choices expressly requested by the visitor and to provide the basket and language functions. It operates without consent under the rules applicable to technical storage. The values remain until they are replaced or cleared through the browser.
Optional analytics and Meta measurement
Google Analytics 4 measures page views, traffic sources, sessions, approximate geography, browser/device category and interactions with site content. Meta Pixel and the server-side Conversions API measure page views, product interactions, checkout starts and completed purchases and can support audience and advertising measurement. Google and Meta tags do not load, and consented server events are not sent, until the visitor selects Allow analytics & marketing.
Optional cookies, identifiers and duration
After consent, Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers such as _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie. Meta may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc and receive consented purchase events with customer data normalized and hashed before transmission. Browser identifiers may remain for the duration configured by the providers unless removed earlier. Google Analytics user- and event-level retention is configured to 2 months; Meta data follows the connected business-tool settings and terms.
Withdraw or change consent
Rejecting analytics is as easy as accepting it and does not affect the site or checkout. Use Cookie details in the footer to reopen the choices at any time. Selecting Essential only replaces the previous choice, revokes Meta consent, prevents Google and Meta tags from loading on later page views and removes the optional first-party cookies that this site can clear. Browser settings can also clear existing site data.
Third-party checkout
When the visitor chooses to continue to Stripe, the browser leaves this website and Stripe may use security, fraud-prevention and payment technologies under Stripe’s own cookie and privacy notices. Amazon and delivery tracking pages may likewise apply their own policies when opened.
