Returns, Refunds & EU Withdrawal
Last updated: August 17, 2026. This policy explains the statutory EU/EEA withdrawal right, the additional 30-day return offer and remedies for non-conforming books.
Statutory 14-day withdrawal
An EU/EEA consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a nominated third party other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.
How to exercise withdrawal
Before the deadline, send an unequivocal statement to info@annapurnapublishing.site or by post to Annapurna S.r.l.s., Via Lago Maggiore 6, 36077 Altavilla Vicentina (VI), Italy. State the order number, goods concerned, name, address and decision to withdraw. Use of the model form below is optional. We will acknowledge electronic notices.
Returning the books
After giving notice, dispatch the goods no later than 14 days afterward. Contact us for the operational return address used by the fulfillment network before shipping. Unless the book is defective, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise, direct return postage is paid by the consumer. Keep proof of dispatch.
Refund
We refund all payments required by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fee is charged for the refund. It is made within 14 days after withdrawal notice, but for goods we may withhold it until the books are received or proof of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.
Handling and diminished value
The consumer may inspect the books as they could in a shop. The consumer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Additional return up to 30 days
From day 15 through day 30 after delivery, Annapurna Publishing accepts a voluntary change-of-mind return for books that are complete, unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition. Notice must be sent to info@annapurnapublishing.site within day 30. The customer pays return postage. This voluntary offer does not reduce statutory rights.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming books
Contact info@annapurnapublishing.site promptly with the order number, description and clear photographs where useful. We will provide the remedy required by law and cover necessary return costs. EU consumers retain the minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery; available remedies may include replacement, price reduction or refund under the applicable conformity rules.
